  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, stains, or alterations will not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale.
  • Products marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
  • Any item returned without original tags or in a damaged condition.

Return Process

  2. Share your order details, reason for return, and product images (if required).
  3. Once approved, instructions for return pickup or shipping will be provided.
  4. Ensure the item is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the requested size or item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, report it within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear images for quick resolution.
  • A replacement or full refund will be arranged after verification.

Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping may be free or chargeable, depending on the reason for return.
  • If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, shipping charges will be covered.
  • For all other reasons, a nominal return fee may apply.
